Vote - can we give struggling teams a 9th Keeper for 2024?

I want to clarify that no team has asked me about doing this. I simply wanted to help Ross out for graciously taking over the open team. Then I took a look at last year's standings again, and think it wouldn't be a bad idea to give all 3 of these teams a little something extra.
This will take 9 of 12 teams to say yes to move forward with this plan for 2024 only. There is only one vote, so a vote for all of them is also a vote for just Ross' team too, in case that comes up in the end. Thanks.

i am fine with either of the yes votes. i voted only for open team because i don't think i should be able to vote to give myself a 9th keeper. For what its worth.

This one looks like a done deal. Ross will get a 9th keeper to begin the '24 season for taking over the open team.
